Our Favorite Autism & ADHD Supports

I’ve curated some of our family’s favorite support tools for autism & neurodivergence.

Some products point toward Amazon. I wrote a footnote about the reasons why some neurodivergent folks rely on Amazon for support tools.* If you have the capacity and resources to shop small you can find similar products elsewhere.

Our Family’s Favorites

Vibrant Hummingbird Sensory Pendant

I love this so much I’ve asked to stock these in my shop all the way from Australia.

Harkla Sensory Diet Workbook

If you’re new to the idea of sensory regulation this is a great resource. It is geared toward kids, but much of it is also applicable to adults. Our needs don’t disappear – we just get older. (Affiliate Link)

* Reasons why autistic people rely on Amazon may include: overstimulation when shopping, chronic illness, under-employment, or rural locations where products are simply not available. I felt guilty about this for a long time and eventually wrote this blog post about why Amazon is necessary for me right now.
