I’m making this portal to easily cancel or change your monthly subscription.

If you’d like to know why it’s set up this way I’ve shared transparently below. Please note that changes are not automatic and will take place manually. It’s best to submit this form a week before you’d like changes to take place.

Why can’t I manage my subscription through Stripe?

​When I left Substack I believed my Stripe subscriptions had a payment portal to easily cancel or change subscriptions and a monthly email invoice. Apparently neither of these functionalities are part of my “legacy” tier. I’d have to pay $600 a month or $7,200 a year to add that feature.

So I’m left to manage subscriptions manually. Apologies for any awkwardness, but if you’d like to change or cancel your subscription I’ll be happy to do so.
